Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions come into force as soon you play your first game on SharkRoulette.
Your obligations as a player
1.You hereby declare and warrant that:
1.1. You are over 18 years of age or such higher minimum legal age of majority as stipulated in the jurisdiction of your residence and are, under the laws applicable to you, legally allowed to participate in the game offered on this website;
2.You participate in the game strictly in your personal non-professional capacity for recreational and entertainment purposes only.
2.1. You are solely responsible for reporting and accounting for any taxes applicable to you under relevant laws for any winnings that you receive from us;
2.2. The cryptocurrency that you deposit into your account is not tainted with any illegality and, in particular, does not originate from any illegal activity or source;
2.3 You understand that by participating in the game you take the risk of losing the cryptocurrency deposited into your account;
2.4 You understand that cryptocurrency is not considered a legal currency or tender and as such on the “websites” they are treated as virtual funds with no intrinsic value.
2.5 If it is discovered that a deposit is the result of a double-spend, it will be considered an act of fraud.
2.6. Should a deposit to your SharkRoulette account not be confirmed on the Blockchain within one hour, previously placed bets may be invalidated. This rule is in place to prevent players from intentionally sending transactions with a low fee, hoping they may be rejected by the network.
2.7. In relation to deposits and withdrawals of funds into and from your SharkRoulette Account, you shall only use cryptocurrencies that are valid and lawfully belong to you.
3. Your Member Account
3.1. Registration and opening of your member account:
3.1.1. In order for you to be able to place bets, you must first sign-up for an account.
3.1.2. You must enter a valid e-mail address during the sign-up process. If you do not enter a valid email address, we will be unable to help you recover any “forgotten passwords” and we reserve the right to cancel your account at any point we deem necessary. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is true, complete and correct.
3.1.3. As part of the registration process, you will have to choose a username and password for your login into our website. It is your sole and exclusive responsibility to ensure that your login details are kept securely. You must not disclose your login details to anyone. We are not responsible for any abuse or misuse of your account by third parties due to your disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, whether active or passive, of your login details to any third party.
3.1.4. SharkRoulette reserves the right to refuse or close an account at its sole discretion, but any contractual obligations already made by SharkRoulette shall be honored accordingly.
3.1.5. SharkRoulette reserves the right to declare a wager void, partially or in full, if SharkRoulette, at its own discretion, deems it obvious that there was an error, mistake, misprint or technical error
3.2. Deposits & Withdrawals to/from User Account :
3.2.2. To deposit funds into your account, you can transfer funds from your personal cryptocurrency wallets or other cryptocurrency-related accounts. Every transfer send to a different address than the one displayed in the “Deposit” window at the time of the deposit, will not be added.
3.2.3. In the instance that a deposit is unable to be verified by the cryptocurrency chain/network within a reasonable period, it will be considered fraud. All play and winnings associated with that deposit will be null and void. Your account will be temporarily closed and all costs incurred by SharkRoulette, including provider and platform fee retrieval, affiliate commissions, and SharkRoulette administrative costs associated with these transactions will be noted on your account.
3.2.4. Due to the fact that SharkRoulette does not require players to wait for a Blockchain confirmation before they are allowed to play, all funds with which you are playing while waiting on (minimum six) Blockchain confirmations are provided as a courtesy to you by SharkRoulette. Therefore, all winnings and commissions associated with play from SharkRoulette courtesy funds belong to SharkRoulette. If it is determined that you have abused this courtesy, SharkRoulette will retrieve its courtesy funds, void all play and winnings associated, and your account will be temporarily closed. All costs incurred by SharkRoulette, including provider and platform fee retrieval, affiliate commissions, and SharkRoulette administrative costs will be charged to your account.
3.2.5. SharkRoulette reserves the right to use additional procedures and means to verify your identity, in cases of higher deposits, to prevent money laundering.
3.2.6 If we mistakenly credit your SharkRoulette Account with amounts that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical, error in the pay-tables, or human error or otherwise, the amount will remain our property and will be deducted from your account balance. If you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you, the mistakenly credited amount will constitute a debt owed by you to us. In the event of an incorrect crediting, you are obliged to notify us immediately by email or Live Chat
3.2.7. SharkRoulette reserves the right to check the player’s identity (KYC procedure) prior to processing payouts and to hold withdrawals for the time needed to check the player’s identity. Failure or denial to pass the identity check will result in the voiding of all bets and refund of the last deposit.
3.2.7 SharkRoulette reserves the right to void any betting and funds from suspended accounts.
4. Prohibited
4.1 On SharkRoulette it’s not allowed to play with any software-assisted methods, bots or robots and scripts. It’s strictly forbidden to use any VPN software or tool that hides your location.
4.2. SharkRoulette is not an exchange/trade service, therefore any abuse will immediately bring the suspension of your account.
4.3 SharkRoulette Cashback Program strictly forbids to use more than 1 account per player. Failing to inform us about the use of more than 1 account will lead to the suspension of said accounts.
4.4 It is prohibited to deposit and withdraw Bitcoins (or any other Cryptocurrency) without making actual bets.
5. Inactivity
After >52 weeks of inactivity, accounts may be deactivated or suspended.
6. Volatility
Crypto funds that have not been used to wager/play for more than 6 months, and increased in value (since added to the account/date of transfer) by more than 20x, cannot be withdrawn.
7. Promo Coupons
To avoid/prevent the abuse of promo coupons, it’s not allowed to withdraw funds from an account that has redeemed two (or more) promo coupons without having added any funds (ever) to “play for real”.
Conduct Policy:
Respectful Communication: We expect all interactions with our staff and fellow users to be conducted in a respectful and courteous manner. Any form of rude, offensive, or abusive language will not be tolerated.
Accusations and Presumptions:
Making false accusations or presumptions about any user, including our staff, without concrete evidence is strictly prohibited. This includes any claims related to the operation of our platform.
Platform Authority:
Ultimately, it is SharkRoulette that reserves the right to determine who can use our services.
Responsible Gambling and Player Eligibility Policy
The Platform reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine player eligibility and may suspend or prohibit players, even after gameplay has occurred. Additionally, the Platform has ultimate authority to void any games played, should it be deemed necessary to maintain the integrity and fairness of the gaming environment. This may include situations where there are signs of unreasonable play, indicating potential gambling addiction. By using this platform, players acknowledge and agree to abide by these determinations made by the Platform.
