These terms and conditions come into force as soon you play your first game on SharkRoulette.
Your obligations as a player
1. You hereby declare and warrant that:
1.1. You are over 18 years of age or such higher minimum legal age of majority as stipulated in the jurisdiction of your residence and are, under the laws applicable to you, legally allowed to participate in the game offered on this website;
2. You participate in the game strictly in your personal non-professional capacity for recreational and entertainment purposes only.
2.1. You are solely responsible for reporting and accounting for any taxes applicable to you under relevant laws for any winnings that you receive from us;
2.2. The cryptocurrency that you deposit into your account is not tainted with any illegality and, in particular, does not originate from any illegal activity or source;
2.3 You understand that by participating in the game you take the risk of losing bitcoins deposited into your account;
2.4 You understand that bitcoins are not considered a legal currency or tender and as such on the “websites” they are treated as virtual funds with no intrinsic value.
2.5 If it is discovered that a deposit is the result of a double-spend, it will be considered an act of fraud. In the instance that a deposit you make to your SharkRoulette account does not clear the Blockchain within three hours, it will be considered fraud and our bitcoin payment processor will automatically flag those transactions. Flagged transactions will cause your player account to automatically be disabled. All play associated with that deposit will be null and void and your account will reset to the balance before the flagged deposit. Likewise, if a deposit is intentionally delayed by the player through the Blockchain, it will be considered fraud.
2.6. In relation to deposits and withdrawals of funds into and from your SharkRoulette Account, you shall only use cryptocurrency that is valid and lawfully belong to you.
Your Member Account
3.1. Registration and opening of your member account:
3.1.1. In order for you to be able to place bets, you must first sign-up for a account.
3.1.2. You are allowed to have only one account. If you attempt to open more than one account, all betting accounts you try to open may be blocked or closed and any bets may be voided.
3.1.3. You must enter a valid e-mail address during the sign-up process. If you do not enter a valid email address, we will be unable to help you recover any “forgotten passwords”. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is true, complete and correct.
3.1.4. If you notice that you have more than one registered account you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may lead to your member account being blocked for access.
3.1.5. As part of the registration process, you will have to choose a username and password for your login into our website. It is your sole and exclusive responsibility to ensure that your login details are kept securely. You must not disclose your login details to anyone. We are not responsible for any abuse or misuse of your account by third parties due to your disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, whether active or passive, of your login details to any third party.
3.1.6.SharkRoulette reserves the right to refuse or close a account at its sole discretion, but any contractual obligations already made by SharkRoulette shall be honored accordingly.
3.1.7 SharkRoulette reserves the right to declare a wager void, partially or in full, if SharkRoulette, at its own discretion, deems it obvious that there was an error, mistake, misprint or technical error
3.2. Deposits into your Member Account:
3.2.2. To deposit funds into your account, you can transfer funds from your personal cryptocurrency wallets or other cryptocurrency related accounts.
3.2.3. In the instance that a deposit is unable to be verified by the Blockchain within a reasonable period, it will be considered fraud. All play and winnings associated with that deposit will be null and void. Your account will be temporarily closed and all costs incurred by SharkRoulette, including provider and platform fee retrieval, affiliate commissions, and SharkRoulette administrative costs associated with these transactions will be noted on your account.
3.2.4. Because SharkRoulette does not require players to wait for a Blockchain confirmation before they are allowed to play, all funds with which you are playing while waiting on (minimum six) Blockchain confirmations are provided as a courtesy to you by SharkRoulette. Therefore, all winnings and commissions associated with play from SharkRoulette courtesy funds belong to SharkRoulette. If it is determined that you have abused this courtesy, SharkRoulette will retrieve its courtesy funds, void all play and winnings associated, and and your account will be temporarily closed. All costs incurred by SharkRoulette, including provider and platform fee retrieval, affiliate commissions, and SharkRoulette administrative costs will be charged to your account.
4.1 On SharkRoulette it’s not allowed to play with any software-assisted methods, bots or robots and scripts.
4.2 Residents of the United Kingdom, the United States, the United States Territories and Australia are not allowed to use our platform. This restriction applies not only to residents of the above mentioned countries and territories but to users located temporarily there,as well. Any attempt to bypass the restrictions on play by any users located in above mentioned countries will lead to the suspension of said accounts and the loss of all funds.
We hereby reserve the right to invalidate any betting in the event of such behavior.
